Weilheim i.OB
With around 22,500 inhabitants, the town of Weilheim is the district town of the Upper Bavarian district of Weilheim-Schongau. It is situated around 560 m above sea level and covers an area of 55.49 km².
The joint management of the 16 municipal regions is located at Admiral-Hipper-Straße 20, 82362 Weilheim in Oberbayern.
The company’s first residential complex was built in 1949/50 in Weilheim in Oberbayern. Today, around 700 apartments are rented out here. This makes Weilheim the largest site of Wohnbau Weilheim. The Wohnbau Weilheim management building is situated on Weinhartstraße road in Weilheim.
The residential complexes are situated on the Römerstraße, Wessobrunner Straße and Waisenhausstraße roads.
Our company’s apartments are typically allocated by the town council contracting authority as well as the Weilheim-Schongau administration office and managed by Wohnbau Weilheim.
