Wohnbau has an emergency arrangement in place with certain companies.
If you engage the services of a company that does not have an arrangement with Wohnbau Weilheim,
the costs will not be reimbursed.
Emergencies include faults with the lift system, heating, gas or water damage.
We kindly ask you to notify the relevant authority stating your precise location, situation and damage.
additional notes on emergencies:
1. definition of an emergency
An emergency is considered if an urgent repair is required at the rental property
outside of our business hours:
o loss of electricity throughout the entire apartment
o loss of electricity throughout the entire building or underground garage
o fault with electric boilers or heating appliances provided by the lessor
o fault with the electrically operated doors in the underground garage
o malfunction or fault with smoke alarms
heating and plumbing:
o water leak from pipes, roof, walls, drains, outlets
o loss of heating during the period from October to April between 6 am and 8 pm
o loss of hot water supply between 6 am and 8 pm
o water leaking from toilets, drains, sewers
o pipe blockage inside and around the building
o broken glass windows or doors
o damage to door keys which impedes access to the rental property
2. definition of emergency hours outside of Wohnbau Weilheim business hours
Monday to Thursday from 4 pm until 7 am the following day
Friday from 12 pm until midnight
Saturday from midnight until midnight
Sundays and bank holidays from midnight until 7 am the following day
3. calls from tenants outside of definitions 1. and 2. above
Repair companies will refuse all reports regarding issues not listed under section 1. or which do not fall within the emergency hours listed in section 2. We kindly thank you for your understanding and to report any other faults during our business hours.
4. unauthorised emergency service requests
Should the use of an emergency service be deemed as unnecessary or undue in retrospect,
any costs incurred must be borne by the ordering party.
