However, we are also actively building new properties and government grants and low interest rates are currently offering very favourable conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<br class=\"clear\" br=\"\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">We are also conscious of our responsibility when it comes to society and the environment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>From our mission statement: <em>\u201cAs a sustainable company, we continually strive to improve living spaces and the quality of our service.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<br class=\"clear\" br=\"\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">We place special focus on sustainability and longevity when selecting building materials, we invest in sustainable energy sources such as pellet heaters and district heating, we offer tenant electricity models and fibre optic connections.
