text-align: left;\"><strong>electricity:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px; text-align: left;\">o loss of electricity throughout the entire apartment<br \/>o loss of electricity throughout the entire building or underground garage<br \/>o fault with electric boilers or heating appliances provided by the lessor<br \/>o fault with the electrically operated doors in the underground garage<br \/>o malfunction or fault with smoke alarms<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px; text-align: left;\"><strong>heating and plumbing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px; text-align: left;\">o water leak from pipes, roof, walls, drains, outlets<br \/>o loss of heating during the period from October to April between 6 am and 8 pm<br \/>o loss of hot water supply between 6 am and 8 pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px; text-align: left;\"><strong>sewer blockages:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px; text-align: left;\">o water leaking from toilets, drains, sewers<br \/>o pipe blockage inside and around the building<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px; text-align: left;\"><strong>glazing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px; text-align: left;\">o broken glass windows or doors<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px; text-align: left;\"><strong>key service:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px; text-align: left;\">o damage to door keys which impedes access to the rental property<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>2. d<u>efinition of emergency hours outside of Wohnbau Weilheim business hours<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Monday to Thursday from 4 pm until 7 am the following day<br>Friday from 12 pm until midnight<br>Saturday from midnight until midnight<br>Sundays and bank holidays from midnight until 7 am the following day<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>3. c<u>alls from tenants outside of definitions 1. and 2. above<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Repair companies will refuse all reports regarding issues not listed under section 1. or which do not fall within the emergency hours listed in section 2.
