Penzberg

With around 16,600 inhabitants, the town of Penzberg is situated in the Upper Bavarian
district of Weilheim-Schongau. It is situated around 600 m above sea level and covers an area of 25.72 km².

The joint management of the 20 municipal regions is located at Karlstraße 25, 82377 Penzberg.

Around 370 apartments are rented out in Penzberg. The apartments are situated in the Steigenberg district (Glück-Auf-Straße, Krottenkopfstraße), in Neue Heimat, in the town centre (Karlstraße, Friedrich-Ebert-Straße, Karl/Philippstraße, Maistraße) and managed in Breitfilz. Our company’s apartments are typically allocated by the town council contracting authority as well as the Weilheim-Schongau administration office and managed by Wohnbau Weilheim.
