Housing is a basic right (Art. 106 p. 1 of the Bavarian Constitution): “Every resident in Bavaria is entitled to adequate housing”
We provide affordable housing and our tenants have a life-long right to live there.
Regular maintenance and modernisation investments are required to maintain the buildings for many years to come. However, we are also actively building new properties and government grants and low interest rates are currently offering very favourable conditions.

We place special focus on sustainability and longevity when selecting building materials, we invest in sustainable energy sources such as pellet heaters and district heating, we offer tenant electricity models and fibre optic connections. We take specific action to implement our energy policy regionally.
